Optimize the style of plot

Automatic optimize the stlye of trackViewer

optimizeStyle(trackList, viewerStyle = trackViewerStyle(), theme = NULL)

Arguments

trackList

An object of trackList

viewerStyle

An object of trackViewerStyle

theme

A character string. Could be "bw", "col" or "safe".

Value

a list of a trackList and a trackViewerStyle
